What time do you open?
9:30am for our first play session. We are closed between sessions to tidy and clean the play centre.
What time should I get there?
You can arrive any time during the 2 hour slot you have booked onto, however you will still need to leave at the end of the session even if you have not been there for the full 2 hours.
Do I need to book?
Booking is always advisable to avoid disappointment once you get here. We limit the number of adults and children we allow in one session to enhance the children’s enjoyment of the centre and avoid overcrowding. At busy periods (weekends and weekday mornings especially) we may be full to capacity.
How many adults can accompany a child?
At the weekend and during school holidays 1 adult is included in the entry price of each child in order avoid overcrowding. Any additional adults will be charged at the full entry price. Weekdays during term time 2 adults are included in the price.

Do you have a cafe?
Yes! With free WiFi available. We serve a selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolates, juice, cake and snacks. The cafe is open during the play session only.
Do you take cards?
Yes we take all major credit and debit cards.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel a session I have booked on to?
Our sessions are non-refundable, however with 24 hours notice you can transfer your session to another time/day.
Can I bring a pram?
Yes, this will have to remain in the lobby/cafe area and cannot be taken into the play area. At busy times you may be asked to leave it in our covered outdoor buggy park. Bike locks are available on request to secure your buggy.
Do I need to wear socks?
Yes! Shoes must be removed by adults and children and socks must be worn at all times. If you forget to bring some don’t worry we sell them!
Do you have parking?
Our centre is located just a minute walk from the main central town car park in Leslie Smith Drive. There are also a number of car parks nearby at Faversham railway station and The Queens Hall car park next to Co-Op.
What facilities do you have?
We have high chairs, nappy changing facilities, two toilets, free WiFi and a café.
What age do my children need to be to visit?
Our play area is exclusively for children who can walk up to 7 years. You are welcome to bring older children to aid younger siblings but our equipment and costumes are designed to be used only by children up to 7. We reserve the right to charge for damage caused by older children who use the play equipment. Pre walking babies are also welcome, but your little one will get more enjoyment from our centre when they can walk.
I want to book a party, can I bring my own food?
Yes we have a DIY party option where you can bring your own food along. Please see the party section of the website for more information and to book. Please consider any allergies anyone in your party may have when choosing food, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the food you bring. Birthday cake is not supplied in any party package so please bring one along.
